In a pair of recent lawsuits over proposed generics, Takeda has sued Apotex for allegedly infringing on its leukemia drug Iclusig (ponatinib) and Eli Lilly has filed suit against Dr. Reddy’s over alleged infringement of its osteoporosis therapy Forteo (teriparatide).
